Kamran's Goals & Campaigns for RRRA in 2023/2024

Abstentions

Kamran plans to enhance the experience of the Abstensions. He plans to do this through ensuring cashiers are properly trained to better serve your needs, ensuring prices are up to date & accurate, as well as reviewing accessibility standards in store.

Upgrade the Gym

Every student should have the best tools in order to stay active. Kamran looks to improve the gym located in Prescott. This includes adding dumbbells to the gym.

Bike Share Program

Kamran plans to introduce the Bike Share Program. Through this, students on residence will have the ability to rent a bicycle for only $3. RRRA assures that bikes are up to the

highest standards in order to provide students the best ride possible.

Online Presence

RRRA is an essential part of the residence experience, and what better way to promote it than to have our social medias be top level! Kamran looks to engage with students on different platforms in hopes to properly assess student’s desires.

Residence Formal

Kamran hopes to plan the Residence Formal for the upcoming winter term. This planning stage will include him ensuring the best location is chosen, as well as setting up pricing, guidelines for students and event rules.

Scholarship Assistance

Kamran hopes to work with scholarship assistance in order to help students feel more financially secure while at Carleton. Through the help of the council, he hopes to lower the GPA requirement for BW scholarships to 8.0.
