Mohammed Akif
President
As President of the Rideau River Residence Association (RRRA), Akif is responsible for overseeing the general operations, finances, and the association's relationship with the university administration. Currently in his third year at Carleton University pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Management and Business Systems, Akif previously served as a Residence Fellow. With a rich history of involvement on campus, Akif is dedicated to organizing and facilitating a wide range of residence events throughout the year. Akif is committed to providing newcomer students with a strong support system and a student government that listens and genuinely cares about their needs.
